What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on 30 September 2025 the Goldenfire LE LTD applied to Leicester City Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of premises Daiu Korea BBQ & Hot Pot, Unit MSU 11A, Highcross Shopping Centre, Bath House Lane, Leicester, LE1 4SA. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The supply of alcohol between 10:00 and 22:30 Monday to Sunday. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Leicester City Council, York House, 91 Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 6FB or via email licensing@leicester.gov.uk no later than 28 October 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Leicester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected via www. leicester.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
