An application has been made for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 by: Speldhurst Community Shop Ltd for the premises Speldhurst Community Shop and Post Office, Speldhurst Chapel & Mission Hall, Northfields, Speldhurst, Tunbridge Wells, TN3 0PN

A summary of the proposed licensable activities and the proposed hours of opening:

Sale of alcohol (on/off sales) Mon to Fri 07:30 - 22:45, Sat 08:00 - 22:45, Sun 09:00 - 22:15

Trading hours - Mon to Fri 07:30 - 23:00, Sat 08:00 - 23:00, Sun 09:00 - 22:30

Any person wishing to make representation about the proposals should make them in writing on or before 29.10.2025
