What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Middlesbrough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, 57 Eastbourne Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 6QN.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00.

The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00.

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Middlesbrough Council at the address stated below. Representations must be made in writing to the below address or by email to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk and received by 3 November 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
