NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Agron Xhauri has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence to permit: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises 08:00 to 24:00 hours each day for the premises: Goni’s Store situated at: 12 Ashfield Parade, London N14 5AB.

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting https://new.enfield.gov.uk/services/business-and-licensing/ and following the link to the Licensing Register. Email licensing@enfield.gov.uk to request a copy of the application. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 24th October 2025. Representations received by post will not be accepted. Representations must include your full name and address. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
