What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

NNA Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority, Tewkesbury Borough Council for a premises licence for KFC, 26-29 High Street, Tewkesbury GL20 5AT with the proposed relevant licensable activities: Late Night Refreshment daily between 2300 hours and 0100 hours. If you wish to object to this application, you must write to: Licensing Department, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire GL20 5TT or licensing@tewkesbury.gov.uk Your representation must be received by 3 November 2025. The record of the application is available for inspection. Requests to view the application must also be made in writing. Under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence, liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
