Notice of application for a premises licence variation

Notice is hereby given that KEZ CONVENIENCE STORE LTD has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence variation as follows: 

1) Opening hours 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday. 

2) On and off sales of alcohol 09:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday. 

3) Update premises plan. 

4) Removal and amendment of some conditions at Annex 2

The application can be inspected at: Licensing Unit, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Manchester, M2 5DB. Please email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk to make an appointment to view between 9am - 5pm.

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above by 3rd November 2025.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
