APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Leicester CC for a Premises Licence for Popeyes, 10-12 Gallowtree Gate, Leicester LE1 1DA to provide for late night refreshment on and off daily 11pm until 3am.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at Customer Service Centre, 91 Granby St, Leicester LE1 6FB by appointment with the Licensing Team or wite to Licensing Officer, City Hall, 115 Charles St, Leicester LE1 1FZ or by email to licensing@leicester.gov.uk Tel: 0116 454 3030. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the above address giving in detail the grounds of objection by 2 November 2025.
Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
