so in writing to the licensing authority, giving in
detail the grounds of objection, with 28 days of
the date of this notice. Representations can be
emailed to licensing.south@somerset.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application, the maximum
fine for which a person is liable, on summary of conviction,
is a level 5 on the standard scale.
