What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

I, Anthony Field Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Wealden District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at 71, High Street, Heathfield, TN21 8HU and known as The Village Stores.
The application is to:- Supply wines, beers and spirits on an off-sales (retail) basis to the general public between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and between 10am and 4pm on Sundays.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Wealden DC, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX or email

licensing@rother.gov.uk

not later than 2nd November 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
Details of the above application may be viewed on the Licensing Register at the Council Offices.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
