Notice is hereby given that Fed Restaurant Group Ltd has applied in respect of Sonder Restaurant at 70, 72 and 72a Llandaff Road Cardiff CF11 9NL for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) and recorded music (indoors) as follows; Friday and Saturday from 09:00 until 23:30 (current permission from 09:00 until 22:45). Opening hours to be as follows; Friday and Saturday from 09:00 until 23:45 (current permission from 09:00 until 23:00). 

All other hours, activities and conditions currently authorised by the existing premises licence to remain unchanged by this application.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). 

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by the end of 30th October 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 

Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
