What is proposed?

Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given that Kurebi Ltd have applied to Birmingham City Council for a new premises licence for Kurebi, 20 Carver Street, Birmingham, B1 3AS to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 12.00 to 23.00 daily all week.

The address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or on The Councils website: www.birminghamservices.gov.uk

Representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 25th October 2025 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation. 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. 

The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
