What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 (SI7)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION (on 25 Sept 2025) to Wokingham Borough Council for a premises licence by The Nodding Donkey Artisan Distillery Ltd in respect of 50 Heathermount Drive, Crowthorne RG45 6HN to allow the (off) sale by retail of alcohol 0000-0000hrs (24hrs) Monday to Sunday.

Representations may be made in writing by any responsible authority or interested party to the Licensing Authority – Licensing Service, Wokingham Borough Council, Shute End, Wokingham, RG40 1BL or by email to licensing@wokingham.gov.uk. All representatives made are open to public inspection and must be received on or before 23 October 2025. The application may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connect with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section this liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
