What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR A PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE (under Sections 17 of the Act)

Justin Walker (Wilvale Rangers F.C.) The Pavilion, Chancellor Park, Wiggins View, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 6GP. 

For the sale and supply of alcohol to community club members: - Mon-Fri 4pm-10pm Weekends & Bank Holidays 1pm-10pm.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by 04/11/25 (28 days after the application is submitted to Licensing) Representations received after this date cannot be considered. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine. 

The full application can be arranged for viewing with the licensing department upon request.
