NNA Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority, Herefordshire Council for a premises licence for KFC, Netherton Road, Ross on Wye HR9 7US with the proposed relevant licensable activities: Late Night Refreshment daily between 2300 hours and 0500 hours.
If you wish to object to this application, you must write to: Herefordshire Council, Licensing Department, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE or licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk Your representation must be received by 3 November 2025.
The record of the application is available for inspection. You can phone 01432 261761 to make arrangements. Under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence, liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
