What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Lyfe Health Bristol Downend Limited applied to South Gloucestershire Council on 23/09/2025 for a licence to use the premises at 20 Badminton Road, Downend, Bristol, BS16 6BQ for the sale by retail of alcohol.

Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.beta.southglos.gov.uk/search-licensing-applications. Representations should be made in writing to South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Environment and Community Services, Licensing Service, PO Box 1954, Bristol, BS37 0DD or by email to licensing@southglos.gov.uk by 22/10/2025. Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
