Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

EXCEL TENNIS LTD applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 22/09/2025 for a licence to use the premises at Royal Pavilion, Royal Avenue, BA1 2NR, BATH for the CHRISTMAS TREE MAZE and the sale and retail of alcohol, 10:00-22:00PM Monday-Friday.

Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register. Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 30/10/2025. 

Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence. Dated 01/10/2025 BA1 2NR.
