What is proposed?

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer Simply Foods Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Cannock Chase District Council for Marks & Spencer Unit 1 Orbital Retail Park Voyager Drive North Canes Cannock WS11 8XP.


The application includes the following terms:-

To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0600 to 0000 hours each day.
