APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE

We Sultan of Lancaster Express Limited of 9 Villas Court, Lancaster, LA1 1TR hereby give notice that we have applied for the GRANT for a Premises Licence in respect of Sultan of Lancaster Express, Lowell House, Caton Road, Lancaster, LA1 3NY for the following licensable activities: Late Night Refreshment Monday – Thursday 23.00 – 02.00 hours, Friday – Saturday, 23.00 – 03.00 hours, Sunday 23.00 – 02.00 hours.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Manager, Lancaster City
Council, Morecambe Town Hall, Marine Road, Morecambe, LA4 5AF, or by email to:

by no later than midnight on 28th October 2025.
