What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by John Lewis Plc to the
Licensing Authority of Milton Keynes Council for a
Premises Licence for the John Lewis Distribution Centre,
Magna Park MP1, Fen Street, Milton Keynes, MK17 8EW.
The application is to sell alcohol 24 hours every day for on-
line purchases only with no public access to the premises.

Regulatory Unit, Civic Offices, 1 Saxton Gate East, Milton
Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK9 3EJ.
A responsible authority or any other person can
make written representations to the Licensing Authority at
any time up to and including 30th October 2025

a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
