Notice is hereby given that Fayaz Aryan has applied to Sheffield city council for a premises license at 166 The Common, Ecclesfield, Sheffield S35 9WN. The application is for the sale of alcohol on the premises with consumption to be off the premises. Monday to Saturday 6:00 am to 12:00 am, Sunday 8:00 am to 22:00 pm
Any parties wanting to make a representation regarding this application must do so in writing to Block C, Staniforth Road Depot, Sheffield S9 3HD or by email to

customerservices@sheffield.gov.uk.

any representations must be made before the 21st of October 2025. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
