What is proposed?

THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that We, Murton Club Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as MURTON CLUB CLAUDE TERRACE MURTON SEAHAM SR7 9DU for a New Club Premises Certificate to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Live Music and Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 23:00 – 00:00 Indoors and Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 00:00 On Supplies Only.
The full application can be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 29th
October 2025 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ alternatively email:

licensing@durham.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
