What is proposed?
Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that St Philly Ltd has applied to Southwark London Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Gerry's Hot Subs, Unit SU59 London Bridge Station, 71 St Thomas Street, London, SE1 3QX. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Sale by Retail of Alcohol (consumption on and off the premises) Mondays to Sundays 11:00 –22:30. 2. Regulated Entertainment in the form of Recorded Music Mondays to Sundays 11:00 – 23:00 3. Opening Hours Mondays to Sundays 11:00 –23:00. 4. New Years’ Eve – from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day for all activities and opening hours. See application for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Southwark Council, The Licensing Service, Hub 1, 3rd Floor, 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH or by email to licensing@southwark.gov.uk, no later than 3rd November 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Southwark London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website www.southwark.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
