What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by EC4 Hotel Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a Premises Licence for the Cedar Court Hotel (Bradford) at Chase Way, Bradford, BD5 8HW.
The application includes the following terms:-
To enable the sale of alcohol (On and Off Sales) between 10:00 and 02:00 Monday to Sunday.
To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other limited days as specified in the application.
To enable Regulated Entertainment (Boxing or wrestling, indoor sports, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, entertainment of a similar description to live or recorded music or performance of dance, Films and Plays) between 10:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday.
To enable the provision of late night refreshment 23:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 24 October 2025 (www.bradford.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
