NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Gathering Point Games Ltd has applied in respect of Gathering Point Games Ltd for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol Monday – Sunday 12:00–23:00.

The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk
.It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
