What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Oddfellows, 14 Fearnley Street, Watford, WD18 0RD.

The variation proposed is as follows: Increase terminal hour for all licensable activities permitted by the licence (alcohol, live music, recorded music and entertainment similar to music & dance) on Friday and Saturdays to 00.00. Add indoor sports for the same timings as other RE in the week and 00.00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Remove non-standard timings for Good Friday and Christmas Day. Timings for entertainment similar to music and dance to be the same as live and recorded music. Remove all Annex 2 conditions and replace with the suggested conditions listed on the application form.

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Watford Borough Council Licensing Authority, Town Hall Watford WD17 3EX during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Watford Borough Council Licensing Authority on 24th September 2025 and any representations must be made in writing to Watford Borough Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 22nd October 2025. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable to an summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
