What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Vue Entertainment Limited in respect of Premises known as Vue Cinema, Woodside Leisure Park, North Orbital Road., Garston, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD25 7JZ applied to Watford Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to replace the registered plan to permit changes to the seating layout in the auditoria. The upgraded seating will result in a lower occupancy capacity in each of the auditoria; to permit the showing of films and the opening of the premises to the public for 24 hours a day each day; to permit the provision of late night refreshment to 2300 - 0500 and to remove all Annex 2 and 3 conditions and replace them with conditions detailed in this application.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Watford Licensing Authority, Town Hall Watford WD17 3EX or by email to licensing@watford.gov.uk no later than 21st October 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Watford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.watford.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
