What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence

Dings Crusaders RFC seek to vary the existing hours for the supply of alcohol, hours of opening and for live music/recorded music/dance/similar at their Shaftesbury Park premises at Frenchay Park Road, Frenchay, Bristol.

The supply of alcohol variation is for Sundays to commence one hour earlier at 11:00am and to add Non-standard timings for Boxing Day, Bank Holidays and New Years Eve from 11:00 - 01:00hrs.

The hours of opening variation is to add Non-standard timings for Boxing Day, Bank Holidays and New Years Eve from 06:00 - 01:30hrs.

The live music/recorded music/dance/similar is to vary the hours for Friday and Saturday from the existing licensing hours of 18:30 - 23:00 hrs to 09:00 - 01:00 hrs and for Sunday from the existing licensing hours of 18:30 - 21:00 hrs to 09:00 - 21:00 hrs and to add Non-standard timings for Boxing Day, Bank Holidays and New Years Eve from 09:00 - 01:00 hrs. Any additional times for playing music outdoors will be generally in bursts incidental to the sports activities on the pitches. Otherwise all music will be played indoors under controlled conditions in accordance with the requirements of the existing licence.
