What is proposed?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON
NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENT

Within ten working days of applying for a New Premises Licence, a notice advertising the application must be published in a local newspaper which circulates in the locality in which the premises are situated.

The advertisement should be in the following form:- LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT, NG TERMINAL LTD has applied to the London Borough of Hillingdon for a New Premises Licence for: Supply of alcohol (off the premises) between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 and 18:00

Sunday for the following premises: NG TERMINAL UNIT 1, TEMPLAR HOUSE, SKYPORT DRIVE, SUMMIT CENTRE, HARMONDSWORTH, UB7 0LJ.

Details of the application can be viewed on the council’s website www.hillingdon.gov.uk or by contacting the Licensing Service on 01895 277433.

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW in writing by 27th October 2025

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and any person found guilty of this offence is liable upon conviction to a fine

Copies of representations are sent to the applicant, and the original letters are kept on file, which is open to scrutiny by members of the public, press and/or the broadcasting media. Persons making representations in respect of the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a committee of the Council.
