What is proposed?

London Borough of Ealing Licensing act 2003: public notice for a new premises license

We, Brusketta UK Limited, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at 23 Church Road, Hanwell, W7 3BD and known as Caffe 23. The application is for 1. Live music: Monday to Sunday, 12:00 to 22:00; 2. Recorded music: Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 to 22:00; Friday to Saturday, 12:00 to 23:00; 3. Late night refreshment: Monday to Thursday, 23:00 to 23:30 and Friday to Sunday, 23:00 to 00:00; 4. Supply of Alcohol (on and off the premises): Sunday to Wednesday, 12:00 to 22:00; Thursday, 12:00 to 22:30; and Friday to Saturday 12:00 to 23:00. Non-standard timings on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and Summer (1 June to 31 August): 1. Live music from 12:00 till 02:00; 2. Recorded music from 12:00 to 00:00; 3. Late night refreshment from 12:00 to 00:30; 4. Supply of Alcohol from 12:00 to 01:00 (New Year’s Eve only).

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 30th October 2025.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. 

All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: https://www.ealing.gov.uk/ info/201017/licences_and_street_trading It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
