LICENSING ACT 2003: NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Chapel Street Community Centre Limited has applied to Salford City Council on 30 September 2025 for the grant of a premises licence at Chapel Street and Hope United Reform Church, Chapel Street, Salford, M3 6AF.
The application is to permit late night refreshment 23:00 to 01:00 daily, regulated entertainment 23:00 to 02:00 daily and to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises 07:00 to 02:00 daily with closing half an hour later.
The application is also to permit two occasions per month where regulated entertainment and alcohol sales are permitted until 03.30 with closing half an hour later.

Any person who wishes to make a representation about this application should do so in writing to the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications no later than 28 October 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises and this carries a level 5 fine on being convicted of such an offence.
