What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Church, 37 Chorlton Street, Manchester, M1 3HN.
The variation proposed is as follows:-
Increase hours for all licensable activities on Fridays, Saturdays and Bank Holidays to 06.00 and amend the closing time on Fridays, Saturdays and Bank Holidays to 06.30.
Increase hours for all licensable activities Sunday to Thursday to 05.00 and amend the closing time Sunday to Thursday to 05.30.
Add Films as a licensable activity.
Remove, amend and add conditions attached to the Premises Licence as detailed in the application.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Manchester City Council Licensing Authority, Manchester City Council Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square PO Box 532 Manchester M60 2LA www.manchester.gov.uk during normal office hours.
This application was lodged with Manchester City Council Licensing Authority on 30th September 2025 and any representations must be made in writing to Manchester City Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 28th October 2025.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the LicensingAct 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
