What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that Paul Quinn /Beyond Ashgrove Ltd (Name of applicant or club) have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for a premises licence in respect of premises known as Ashgrove House, Bankfield Lane, Kirkheaton, HD5 0JG.

For the sale of alcohol between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Monday - Sunday.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 29.10.2025

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
