NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises The Fiddlers Three, High Heworth, Gateshead, NE109BB

Notice is given that Heworth Hospitality LTD has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Licensable activities are: Supply of alcohol (both on and off the premises) 10:00 - 23:00 hours Sunday - Thursday 10:00 - 00:00 Friday and Saturday Seasonal variation- New Years Eve- 10:00 to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH or via email to licensing@gateshead.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than 29th October 2025.
