What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT EOC Streatham Common Ltd has applied 
to London Borough of Lambeth on 03 October 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Estate Office Coffee, 4 Greyhound Lane, London, SW16 5SD for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 09:00-22:00;  as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Lambeth Council, Third Floor, Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, Brixton, London, SW2 1EG or by email: licensing@lambeth.gov.uk to be received by no later than 31 October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.lambeth.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
