Name of applicant: Fun station Limited. Name and address of Premises:

Carnival Golf and Games, Unit 4A Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Brierly Hill, DY5 1SP.

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which is proposed will be carried on or from the premises:

The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises 10:00am -10:50pm Monday – Sunday. The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 08.00am and 4pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

An online summary of the application can be viewed on www.dudley.gov.uk. Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between 30th September and 27th October 2025.
