What is proposed?

Public Notice Licensing Act 2003

Take notice that I Molly Stephens Of Address of premises: Flowers & Felicitys, 5 The Broadway, Broadstairs, CT10 2AD.

Have applied to Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as Flowers & Felicity’s under the above Act.

The licensable activities will be the – Operating hours - Monday - Sunday 09:00- 17:00 Sale of alcohol- Monday- Sunday 12:00- 17:00 late night refreshments Friday- Saturday 17:00-22:00

Any representation in respect of the application should be made using the form that can be found at https://www.thanet.gov.uk/info-pages/applications-received-under-the-2003-licensing-act/ Completed forms can be sent to Licensing Department, Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent or emailed to licensing@thanet.gov.uk before 31st October 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
