What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE

Application for the grant of a Premises Licence Premises: HayLee Music Ltd, Unit 5A Smead Dean Centre, Castle Road, Eurolink, Sittingbourne, ME10 3EW.

The premises is a music recording and filming studio. The sale of alcohol will be afforded to private bookings and not the general public. Proposed Licensable Activities and Hours: Provision of live & recorded music (indoors): Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 23:00 Sale of alcohol: Monday – Sunday 12:00 – 23:00

Date to make representations by: 3rd November 2025. The licensing application can be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team.

Any objections to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Department, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. Any person who makes a false statement is liable, on summary conviction, to an unlimited fine
