What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Notice is hereby given that Brewhouse Spirits Ltd (Ben De Haan) applied to Cotswold District Council to use the premises at; 11 The Woolmarket, Cirencester, GL7 2PR with the proposal to licence these premises for the sale of alcohol for both consumption on and off the premises, from 9am to 11pm daily whilst online sales will be made 24hrs a day online.

Representations must be made IN WRITING between 23/09/25 & 21/10/25.
Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder; public safety; prevention of public nuisance; and protection of children from harm. All representations are made public.
