Notice of an Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence (Licensing Act 2003)Notice is hereby given that Chrysostomos Chrysostomou has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the GRANT of PREMISES LICENCE for Food & Alcohol Sales ON the Premises only, between the hours of 12:00 until 23:00hrs Monday - Sunday for the premises Anása Greek Mediterranean Restaurant situated at 43 High Street, Tenterden, TN30 6BJ.

A register of licensing applications can be viewed at the Licensing Section, Ashford Borough Council, International House, Dover Place, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1HU 01233 331111 by appointment.Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by: 28/10/2025

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives:

THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER, PUBLIC SAFETY, THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE AND THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000), under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
