What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given by Tenby Brewing Co. Bar Holdings Ltd that on the 2nd October 2025 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a premises licence.  
The application is in respect of Marychurch Foundry, Western Quayside, Bridge Street, Haverfordwest, SA61 2AL and can be inspected between 10 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements.
The application relates to the Supply of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises and the provision of regulated entertainment.
Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Mrs Susan Jones, Senior Licensing Officer, Licensing Department, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 30th October 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
