What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr K Kumarasamy has applied to St Helens Council for a new premises licence at Unit 5 Shopping Centre, Four Acre Lane, St Helens WA9 4BZ for alcohol sales (off sales) 0800-2300 hrs daily. Representations can be submitted online on the Council’s website: https://publicaccess.sthelens.gov.uk/online-applicationssearchdo?action=simple&searchType=LicencingApplication

Any representations must be received by 22/10/25. It is an offence under s158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is unlimited.
