LICENSING ACT 2003, Application for a Premises Licence to be granted

ThinK J Wines Ltd of 21 Sinclair Way, Prescot, L34 1QL

TAKE NOTICE, ThinK J Wines Ltd, has made an application, pursuant to Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for a Premises Licence to be granted in respect of the premises detailed above.

A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows:

• Permit the sale of alcohol via an online platform

• Hold stock on site for pre-arranged customer collections and deliveries

Proposed hours for these activities are 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday (Office opening hours).

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority, Knowsley Council Licensing Service, Environmental Health & Consumer Protection, 2nd Floor, Yorkon Building, Archway Road, Huyton, L36 9FB during normal office hours or via email request to licensing@knowsley.gov.uk

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to the above address.

Representation must be received no later than Tuesday the 28th October 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
