What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application for
a Variation of a Premises Licence

We HOME. BV Ltd hereby give notice that an
application was made to Chorley Council on the
30/09/2025 for the Variation of a Premises Licence
to operate a premises at: The Kitchen Tap Room,
11-13 Barnes Wallis Way, Buckshaw Village,
Chorley, PR7 7JA from which the following
licensable activities are proposed. To remove a
condition from the existing licence, and extend the
permitted licensable area.
The full application may be inspected, free of
charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing
Chorley Council Civic Offices Union Street Chorley
PR7 1AL or online at

www.chorley.gov.uk.

Any
interested party or Responsible Authority may
make representations to the Licensing Section in
writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of
application was made as detailed above. The last
day for representations being the 28/10/2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and a person may be liable on summary conviction
of an unlimited fine. 30/09/2025
