What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Name of Applicant: Baran Aydogan. Premises Name: Zara Kebab. Premises Address: 15 Park Street, Guildford, GU1 4XB.

TAKE NOTICE that the above named has applied to Guildford Borough Council (‘the Licensing Authority’) for a full variation of the premises licence in respect of the above premises. The application seeks the following variation:-

The applicant seeks an extension of the operating hours for late night refreshment, until 03:00hrs, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only. The proposed new closing time on those days would be 03:30hrs. The operating hours for licensable activity, and opening hours, on Tuesdays and Sundays would be unchanged by this application.

The proposed hours during which the licensable activities will take place are:- Monday from 23:00 to 03:00, Tuesday from 23:00 to 02:00, Wednesday from 23:00 to 03:00, Thursday from 23:00 to 03:00 Friday from 23:00 to 03:00, Saturday from 23:00 to 03:00, Sunday from 23:00 to 01:00.

A copy of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Reception, Guildford Borough Council Offices, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford during office hours or on our website at www.guildford.gov.uk/la03applications. If you wish to object to this application, you must do so in writing to the Licensing Unit at the Council Offices or by e-mail to licensing@guildford.gov.uk by 24 October 2025 after which date, no objections will be considered.
