NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by SSA Mixy Ltd to Birmingham City Council in respect of premises known as Mango which are situated at 169 High Street Harborne Birmingham B17 9QE

The application is as follows:

Late Night Refreshments
Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 01:30 hours
Sale/supply of alcohol on the premises
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 01:00 hours

The application for a Premises Licence for the above may be inspected via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email us at www.birmingham.gov.uk/ licensing or write to Birmingham City Council, General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ to whom any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the review must be made in writing by no later than 24th October 2024

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
