NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th September 2025 Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to North Tyneside Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Black Horse, 68 Front Street, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear NE25 8DP. 

The proposed variation is ;- To vary the layout plan annexed to the premises licence to now include the first floor function room and new bar servery within the licensed area. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by The Licensing Section, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 6UB or by e-mail to liquor.licensing@northtyneside.gov.uk no later than 24th October 2025 stating the grounds for representations. 

The register of North Tyneside Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment at the above address between 9.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday or via www.northtyneside.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
