LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 24 September 2025, WM Morrison Supermarkets Limited, applied to Manchester City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons, Manchester Piccadilly Gardens, 19-21 Piccadilly, Manchester M1 1LU. The proposed variation is ;- 1. To extend the start time for licensable hours (sale of alcohol) to 06:00 to midnight Monday to Sunday. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Premises Licensing, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or via email premises.licensing@manchester.gov. uk no later than 22 October 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Manchester City Council the record of the application may be inspected via www. manchester.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
