Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer, Resident Services, Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR WITHIN 28 DAYS OF PUBLICATION, October 28th 2025, specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person before a Committee of the Council.
