What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF THE PREMISES LICENSE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

WESTBOURNE LEISURE LTD Is applying for a variation to the current Premises License at: THE PAIRC HOTEL, WHEELERS LANE, KINGS HEATH, BIRMINGHAM, B13 0ST. 

If granted the application will allow: REDUCTION OF LICENSING PLAN and ADDITION OF THE FOLLOWING REGULATED ACTIVITIES: Films/Indoor Sporting Events/Boxing-Wrestling Entertainments Monday to Sunday from 10:00hrs to 00.00hrs and LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT, Monday to Sunday from 23.00hrs to 05:00hrs. 

Any person wishing to view the application can do so by appointment with the Licensing Section. Any person who wishes to make representation must do so by writing to: REGULATION & ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, CITY OPERTIONS DIRECTORATE, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ; Email: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk; Public Register at: Birmingham.gov.uk/licensing. 

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on Monday 20th October 2025. 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
