What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT ESTELLE MANOR LIMITED has applied to West Oxfordshire District Council on 29 September 2025 to vary the premises licence at Estelle Manor North Leigh Witney Oxfordshire OX29 6PN so as to update the labelling of building names on individual building licence plans and associated site plan (with no changes to the buildings themselves) and to include part of the grounds to the north-west side of the main building and main driveway as shown on the site plan appended to the application within the licence demise.

The application does not propose any changes to the existing licensed buildings (other than naming system), permitted hours or licensable activities. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Business Support, Licensing Function West Oxfordshire District Council Environmental & Regulatory Services Woodgreen Witney Oxfordshire OX28 1NB (full details of the application may be inspected by appointment at the address above. Please phone (01993) 861000 if you wish to view the complete application) to be received by no later than 27 October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westoxon.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
